At Shalom Elderly Care Assisted Living
We have an open door policy and encourage your involvement in your loved one’s care.
A set monthly rate covers customized care; there are no surprises in billing. Any additional charges must be authorized.
We are able to work with urgent situations that need immediate attention and can accomplish move-in within 24-hours if there is a vacancy.
We accept Long Term Care Insurance and private pay.
As an alternative to large, impersonal institutions, Shalom Elderly Care offers multiple assisted living locations in Woodland Hills. Sometimes known as board and care, all of our homes are situated in beautiful, safe residential neighborhoods and maintain a true family environment for the continuing care of your loved one. This type of care can reduce isolation your loved one may experience in their own home or, at times, in a large facility.
Because there are no more than six residents in each of our locations, it allows personal, individual care for all of our residents. You can be confident that your family member or loved one is well-taken care of by our 24-hour in-house staff, giving you peace of mind. With the limited size, we can give more attention to our residents and are familiar with their personalities and their needs. Our warm, supportive staff takes care of our residents with care, loving and respect.

I want to thank you for the wonderful care you provided for our mother in the last year of her life. It was really a pleasure to visit her in the beautiful Shalom home. Mom was so much more content living in the house with all the lovely ladies than she had been before we moved her.
